The Jackson House Inn at Woodstock, VT is a beautiful victorian mansion built in 1890 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This inn sits on five beautifully landscaped acres of gardens and lawn graced by huge old trees, ducks and trout. The interior decor of Lalique Bacarat, fine porcelains, art and oriental rugs bring together an extraordinary setting for discerning travelers. Each of 15 guestrooms and suites are luxuriously furnished with fine period antiques in various gracious styles -- victorian, French empire, and New England country. The exquisitely furnished parlor and library offer a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for an evening glass of wine or champagne with hors d'oeuvres reading or conversation with guests.
